The Texas Forest Trail is looking for an energetic Executive Director! 

The Texas Forest Trail Region is a non-profit organization based in Nacogdoches and the East Texas division of the Texas Heritage Trails Program (THTP) of the Texas Historical Commission. The THTP is based on the 10 scenic driving trails created by the state in 1968 to bring more travelers to Texas. The Forest Region works to encourage historic preservation, promote tourism, educate stakeholders, and support community and economic development within a 35-county area of East Texas. Fundraising, teaching, public speaking, persuasive writing, accounting, business management, traveling, and marketing development are major components of the job.
